This complex is well suited for the serious student that is tired of noisy apartment complexes with 48 students per building. It is also a choice location for graduate students or recent graduates wanting a quiet complex just a few blocks from downtown or Memorial Hall. Although affiliation with JMU is not required for occupancy, most of our tenants are upper level under-graduates, graduate students, or recent graduates. This property would not be a good choice for a tenant that wants an active nightlife at their apartment complex.
