There are three spacious apartments ranging from 1 - 2 bedrooms.   Each apartment features oak floors and all new windows.  Rooms are bright and spacious.   Each of the three apartments are very different. 

These units are typically rented by non-students, graduate students or upper classmen looking for a quiet home that is not in the middle of a typical college apartment community.   Tenants are not required to be students.

Located in the rear of the building.  This unit is either a 1 bedroom with a den or a 2 bedroom apartment.   The unit has a large private deck (10 x 30 feet) overlooking a private yard.  It has a kitchen with deluxe appliances including a flat top stove and a refrigerator with ice maker.  Living room / dining room combination.  One large bedroom and one smaller bedroom/den.  Access to the deck is from the smaller room.  Full bathroom.

Tenants are responsible for water, trash, electric and their portion of the gas bill.  Castle Property pays all utilities directly and bills the Tenants with a monthly consolidated utility bill due with the next month's rent.

This apartment is unfurnished.   We supply the major appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and shared washer and dryer)  Any furniture pictured belongs to either a current or former Tenant and is not included.

The deck is only for the use of the Apartment 3 Tenants and their guests, this is not common space for the building.
