From Interstate 81: Exit 245 on Interstate 81 (Port Republic Road). Go West toward Main Street for one half mile. At the Main Street traffic signal, turn left onto South Main Street. Continue South until the next traffic signal (South Ave at the Rite Aid Pharmacy). Turn Right onto South Ave and head west to the next traffic signal (South High Street at the CVS Pharmacy). Go straight throught the intersection and continue west past the Painted Lady Tatoo Parlor. Our office is on the right just before the LDS church.
From JMU Campus Quad: Departing the Quad area of campus at the Main Street entrance, turn Left and proceed South onto S. Main Street. Head south to the second traffic light (First Port Road, Second South Ave). At the Rite Aid drug store (South Ave) turn right onto South Ave and drive through the next traffic signal (High Street, Rt 42), Continue up the hill past the Painted Lady Tatoo Parlor and our office is at the top of the hill before the LDS church.
From Memorial Hall: Our office is about 1 mile south of JMU's Memorial Hall and Baseball Stadium. Departing Memoral Hall turn right onto South High Street at head South for about 1 mile. At the second traffic light (South Avenue at the CVS pharmacy) turn Right onto South Avenue. Our office is the 3rd building on the right just before the LDS church.

Out of the office: Much of our work as a
property maangement company is out of the office. Although we try to
schedule all inspection, showings and move-in/outs in the mornings, sometimes
this is just not possible for out Tenants and prospective Tenants.
In the event no one is able to be in the office during a portion of the office
hours, the phones will forward to the office staff to answer any
questions. We also have a 24/7 drop box available in front of the office
for payments and correspondances.
E-mail: E-mail is the best way to reach us. We will respond to all e-mails during the next office hours. If you would like to speak to us, you can either include the best way for us to reach you during our next office hours or call back during office hours.
24 Hour drop box: Please feel free to use the blue drop box any time for payments, forms or returning keys. The box is visible on the photo between the windows and near the back of the red truck.
Money Orders: Cash is not permitted in the drop box. Personal checks, bank checks and money orders are accepted. Money orders can be purchased one block away at the CVS pharmacy at the corner of South High and South Ave. If CVS is closed, there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart about 1 mile South of our office on South High Street.
Payments: Envelopes are not required for payments, however all payments should list the Tenant name and property address to allow for proper crediting.
Keys: Please do not drop keys into the drop box without CLEARLY marking your name and property address. Each year we receive a few "mystery keys" and can not give credit. Envelopes and pens are located inside the front flap of the drop box.
