There are three spacious apartments ranging from 1 - 2 bedrooms.   Each apartment features oak floors and all new windows.  Rooms are bright and spacious.   Each of the three apartments are very different. 

These units are typically rented by non-students, graduate students or upper classmen looking for a quiet home that is not in the middle of a typical college apartment community.   Tenants are not required to be students.

Located in the center of the building.  This one bedroom unit has a large living room/dining room.  Very large bedroom (12' X 18') with three windows and a large walk-in closet (6' X 7').   Open  kitchen with new countertop, cabinets and ceramic tile floor.  Kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, disposal and refrigerator.  Full bathroom with tub and shower combination.

Tenants are responsible for water, trash, electric and their portion of the gas bill.  Castle Property pays all utilities directly and bills the Tenants with a monthly consolidated utilty bill due with the next month's rent.

This apartment is unfurnished.   We supply the major appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and shared washer and dryer)  Any furniture pictured belongs to either a current or former Tenant and is not included.
