The apartments are 1 mile north of the downtown court square and the BRCC downtown campus and just 2 miles to the JMU Quad or the EMU campus.

These units are typically rented by non-students, graduate students or upper classmen looking for a quiet home that is not in the middle of a typical college apartment community.   Tenants are not required to be students.

Located in the center of the building.  This one bedroom unit has a large living room/dining room.  Very large bedroom (12' X 18') with three windows and a large walk-in closet (6' X 7').   Open  kitchen with new countertop, cabinets and ceramic tile floor.  Kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, disposal and refrigerator.  Full bathroom with tub and shower combination.

Tenants are responsible for water, trash, electric and their portion of the gas bill.  Castle Property pays all utilities directly and bills the Tenants with a monthly consolidated utilty bill due with the next month's rent.

This apartment is unfurnished.   We supply the major appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and shared washer and dryer)  Any furniture pictured belongs to either a current or former Tenant and is not included.

Large ( 11' 5" x 18' 4" ) combination living room / dining room with oak floor and lots of windows.    Large walk in coat closet.

The three apartments share a free (non-coin operated) washer and dryer located in the basement.  There are a total of 4 - 5 Tenants in the three apartments, so sharing is not typically an issue.
